Our story
A story in a bottle.
An old wine-on-tap shop that became a wine bar without losing the tavern inside.
How it began
It started with filling flasks.
People came to the alley with an empty flask and went home with wine from the Castelli hills.
Marta kept the old barrels and the marble counter and added two hundred labels picked one by one, many from small producers.
In the kitchen
Small plates, made for wine.
No long menu: boards, burrata, carpaccio, meatballs in sauce. Plates to share that let the glass do the talking.
